Gregg specializes in commercial sales and leasing and property management. From 1995 - 2010, he has sold or leased over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial space in Mid-Maine, a track record unequalled by any other broker or company in his market area. Gregg's Services include: Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Leasing, Consulting, Broker Evaluations, Property Management, Buyer Brokerage, & Tenant Representation.

Gregg has been licensed since 1988 and is the designated broker for Affiliated Realty (www.affiliatedrlty.com). He is also the owner of Perkins Leasing and Management www.perkinsmanagement.net (a full service property management company). Gregg has been very active in the REALTOR organization including: 1996 President of the Kennebec Valley Board of REALTORS, 3 year director for Maine Commercial Association of REALTORS, 1996 REALTOR of the Year for the northern council of the Kennbec Valley Board of REALTORS, and has served on numerous REALTOR task forces and committees at both the state and local level.

After his service to the Realtor organization, Gregg was heavily invloved with youth sports in Fairfield coaching the numerous teams his two children participated on in the Fairfield PAL youth programs. Gregg strongly believes that our children are our future and we need to set positive environments for them to thrive in.

More recently, Gregg has gotten involved with local organizations which promote the economic vitality of his market area and served voluntarily on both the Waterville Development Corp and the Town of Fairfield Economic Development Committee. Gregg is also a long standing member of the Waterville Rotary Club.

Gregg has taken some CRB and CCIM courses as well as numerous license renewal courses and firmly believes education is the key for continued success. The company is a participating member of the Statewide Computerized MLS, Loopnet, the New England Commercial Property Exchange, Co-Star, the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce, and the Central Maine Apartment Owners Association.
